We agree the required format before design. Fixed-layout PDF and reflowable EPUB have different production requirements.
How are scope, timing and revisions agreed?
We review your ebook design brief and source material first. The proposal sets out deliverables, milestones and revision stages before work begins.
Which files will I receive?
The proposal specifies final export formats, dimensions and any editable source files. Print artwork follows the agreed supplier specifications; digital versions are prepared for their intended placements. Licensed fonts and third-party assets are identified where relevant.
How are feedback and approvals handled?
We agree the direction and review stages before production. Consolidated feedback at each stage keeps decisions clear; final artwork is released after the approved copy, dimensions and requested variations have been checked.
