09 / Website Redesign & Migration

Keep what works. Change what holds you back.

A redesign should improve the experience without losing the value already built. We audit content, structure and technical constraints before planning a careful transition.

THE SCOPE / Website Redesign & Migration

From the first interaction to the final detail.

01

Existing-site audit

Identify useful content, friction points and constraints in the current build.

02

Content and URL mapping

Track what stays, what changes and how existing URLs should be handled.

03

New responsive design

Rework the visual hierarchy around current content and business priorities.

04

Migration and launch checks

Check redirects, forms, key pages and the handover before switching over.

BEHIND THE CRAFT / Website Redesign & Migration

More thought.
Better foundations.

A closer look at the decisions, working details and review standards behind your project.

01 / THE THINKING

Understand what already has value

We review the existing content, useful pages and current user journeys before proposing a new structure. The redesign separates material worth retaining from the parts that create confusion, duplication or unnecessary maintenance.

02 / THE EXECUTION

Plan the transition before the launch

Content migration, redirects and functional checks belong in the project plan from the beginning. We prepare the agreed transition carefully so the new design can improve the experience without casually discarding the old site’s useful foundations.

WHAT WE REVIEW TOGETHER
  • ✓Content inventory and migration
  • ✓Redirect mapping and broken links
  • ✓Existing integrations and forms
THE WAY THROUGH

Website Redesign & Migration
with a clear next step.

01

Audit the current site

We agree the priorities using your brief and source material. For this project, the first decision is how to audit the current site.

02

Design the improvement

You review a concrete direction before we move into final production. Together, we design the improvement.

03

Migrate with care

The final stage is to migrate with care, resolve the agreed feedback and prepare the handover.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before
we begin.

Will existing URLs be preserved?

We map existing URLs and agree redirects where paths change. Search visibility is monitored after launch; rankings cannot be guaranteed.

How are scope, timing and revisions agreed?

We review your website redesign & migration brief and source material first. The proposal sets out deliverables, milestones and revision stages before work begins.

What will the handover include?

The agreed source files or platform configuration, practical editing notes and a walkthrough of the delivered functionality. Hosting, third-party subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are clarified in the proposal so ownership and responsibilities are understood.

How do you check the finished experience?

We review the agreed pages and journeys across representative screen sizes, then check forms, links, key states and the handover requirements. Any integration or hosting dependencies are recorded alongside the remaining launch tasks.
